The TRIGGERZ® 33-Video Transformation Series is a self-paced, professionally produced curriculum that brings the full TRIGGERZ® system to life through story, emotion, and step-by-step guidance. Each 30-minute episode walks viewers through a clear process using real-world scenarios, nervous-system education, and practical tools, paired with the 6-volume TRIGGERZ® book series so they can follow along, reflect, and apply what they are learning in real time.
Every session is intentionally crafted to move the viewer through their emotions, not around them, creating optimal conditions for true regulation, healing, and long-term change. Because this series is being built with high-quality production, curriculum design, and trauma-informed excellence, it is an investment project for our nonprofit and a powerful, scalable lifeline for youth and adults in crisis.
IN-PERSON/VIRTUAL DELIVERY SYSTEMS
IN-PERSON/VIRTUAL WORKSHOPS
TRIGGERZ® workshops bring the transformation process to life in real time for youth and adults in crisis. We partner directly with your organization to design a series that fits your schedule, setting, and goals.
We offer flexible series packages, including:
- 3-session, 6-session, 11-session, 22-session, or full 33-session tracks
- 30-minute TRIGGERZ® workshops paired with 30 minutes of strenuous exercise through an athletics partner
- Or stand-alone 30-minute workshop sessions without the exercise component
For organizations that prefer a single, high-impact experience, we also offer one-time workshops ranging from 60 minutes to 2 hours.

IN-PERSON/VIRTUAL 1:1 TRANSFORMATION CONSULTING
1:1 Transformation Consulting is the most intensive TRIGGERZ® delivery system, designed for youth and adults in crisis who need highly individualized support. Packages are available in 3‑month, 6‑month, 9‑month, and 12‑month commitments, with current capacity capped at 7 clients at a time so that each participant receives maximum attention and care.
Each participant engages in a weekly 60‑minute in‑person or virtual session that uses the TRIGGERZ® curriculum as the foundation, with remaining time devoted to fully customized transformation work based on the client’s specific history, patterns, and goals. Between sessions, clients have 24/7 access to their consultant via voice‑message text for real‑time, in‑the‑moment support, with responses provided within 24 hours. This structure keeps the work active in daily life rather than confined to weekly appointments.
Within this delivery system, TRIGGERZ® consultants:
- Map and interrupt each client’s specific TRIGGERZ® patterns under self-actualization and intuitive readiness.
- Establish a regulated nervous‑system baseline so emotions can be felt, interpreted, and integrated instead of managed by force.
- Tie internal state directly to the quality of decisions, relationships, and everyday functioning.
- Use customized, data‑driven progress surveys to track change over time and adjust support.
- Support clients in aligning how they show up with the leader, parent, partner, or community member they say they are revealing,
